Publications database

The goal of this database (VDB est. 2003) is to record publications of TU Graz members.

As such it is a module of TUGrazonline research documentation. The type and quantity of publications are included in our internal statistics - used for internal and external requests.

Also statistical evaluations - partly obligatory for universities - are based on this data (e.g. » "Wissensbilanz").

In addition, the publications database (VDB) offers an opportunity for members of TU Graz to present research achievements externally.

This database is administered and updated continuously by the university library.

TU Graz publishing house

Knowledge transfer is one of the most important roles of the university. For authors we offer the opportunity to reach the Scientific Community and a broader public.

For members of TU Graz, our focus is to offer necessary support in order to get published and bridge the commercial gap. Our goal is to provide efficient access to our published material that reflects the corporate design of the university.
